Last Updated: June 10, 2025

Overview

nalvera respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable intellectual property laws.

This policy outlines the process for reporting copyright infringement and our procedures for addressing such claims.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available through nalvera.online infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

Designated Copyright Agent

All DMCA notices should be sent to our designated Copyright Agent:

Email: info@nalvera.online

Address:
nalvera
Brixton Village, 47 Coldharbour Ln
London SW9 8PS
United Kingdom

Phone: +447542001497

Please note that you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney fees, if you materially misrepresent that content is infringing your copyright.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent by providing the following information in writing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. The original complainant will then have 10 business days to notify us that they have filed a court action to restrain the alleged infringement. If we do not receive such notification, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our services and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Educational Use and Fair Use

We recognize that certain uses of copyrighted material may qualify as fair use or may be permissible under applicable copyright laws. Before submitting a DMCA notice, please consider whether the use of the material falls under fair use or another exception to copyright infringement.

Similarly, if you receive a DMCA notice for material you believe is protected by fair use or other legal exceptions, you may submit a counter-notification as described above.

Processing Time

We endeavor to process all valid DMCA notifications promptly. Upon receipt of a valid notification, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the user who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to it
  • Provide the user with the DMCA notice, including the contact information of the complaining party

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, though we typically respond more quickly.

Misrepresentation

Under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees.

We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a notification or counter-notification in bad faith or with fraudulent intent.

Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
